First 4 points should be self explained.. the TEMPERATURE one, boiling for a certain substance will always occur at a fixed temperature i.e. remains constant...for EVAPORATION, it is something like happening contiunously.. at any temperature.. then liquid at surface will just constantly evaporate into gas state...
